Come and enjoy genuine Austrian luxury in the Stiegl Paracelsus Room. Stiegl uses local ingredients for brewing, which means that also here in the Stiegl Paracelsus Room our emphasis is on dedication to regional products, freshness and Austria as the unmistakeable origin of all ingredients.
We present typical Austrian classics and our own new creations under the motto, 'Future with tradition, tradition with future'. And of course every speciality goes wonderfully with a freshly pulled Stiegl beer.
