The fascinating tour of Stiegl Brauwelt features the hands-on brewery, the brewery discovery centre and the Stiegl museum; and covers the art of brewing, the history of the beloved barley beverage and 500 years of brewing tradition.
Later a cheese connoisseur from the Schleedorf cheese emporium will guide you into a new culinary territory as you learn about the various types of cheese, and the beer best suited to each.
