Brewing taster-day
DISCOVERING HOW BEER IS BEING BREWED
That day you will learn what happens during the process of brewing, how barley is turned into malt and what “original gravity” means.
Guided by our competent and experienced brewer who will leave none of your questions unanswered, you will reveal the beer´s secrets and peculiarities.
Programme:
- 7.30 am - 9.00 am: mashing
- 9.00 am - 9.30 am: snack
- around 10.30 am: guided tour through the production area of the brewery
- until 12.30 Uhr: lautering, boiling, adding hops
- 12.30 am: lunch (3 course menu)
- until 2 pm: wort, adding yeast, cooling
- 2 pm: guided tour through Stiegl´s Brauwelt
- around 3 pm: Final beer and awarding of the brewer`s certificate

- Snack (you may choose between Coffee or Sausagesnack) incl. one beverage
