Our Paracelsus Zwickl is unfiltered and naturally cloudy due to its retained yeast. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in the brewing process. These are 100% organically grown by strictly monitored Austrian farmers.
- Water from the Salzburg Untersberg, organic malt from Grieskirchen, and organic Mühlviertl hops
- Alcohol content: 5 % vol.
- Gravity: 12°P
The Paracelsus Zwickl is an ideal thirst quencher and the perfect accompaniment for beef, lamb, game, goose and duck. It also goes excellently with cheeses such as emmentaler, farmer’s cheese, mountain cheeses and aromatic, salty cheeses such as parmesan.
