Grenzgänger - Gose with hibiscus flowers
This creative, modern interpretation of a well-known German beer type presents itself in a glow of pink. Gose beer was already widespread in the area around Leipzig in the Middle Ages and is traditionally brewed with salt and coriander. We refine our frontier runner further still by adding another ingredient in the form of hibiscus flowers. Fresh floral and citrus aromas flow on the nose. A discreet acidity accompanies the gentle hibiscus notes, promising more pleasure in the next sip. A perfect summery refreshment with the small but significant touch of salt.
