2pm – 3.30pm Guided tour through the Stiegl Brauwelt
3.30pm – 4.00pm Aperitif in the Maschinenhaus
4pm – 4.30 pm Tour of the Stiegl Brewery production plant
4.30pm -5.30pm Wort boiling and addition of hops
5.30pm  – 6.30pm Tour of the maturing and tasting cellars.
6.30pm – 6.45pm Awarding of diplomas
6.45pm beer tasting menu
