Stiegl-Hausbier Rosamunde

In the glass, this sour beer is a revelation with its captivating red hue. Native to Berlin, the beer style is characterised by the addition of lactic acid cultures. The extremely subtle acidity in aroma and taste that this creates is a flavourful enrichment. Delightfully rounded off with the addition of real freeze-dried raspberries, the tangy summery refreshment is complete. The finish with irresistibly fresh and fruity notes leaves you yearning for the next sip.

Available: May- August

Stiegl-Hausbier Ginder

Shrouded in radiant light amber and crowned with a dense head, the India Pale Ale tells an exciting story of creation. Unusual, gin-typical ingredients, above all juniper, in combination with fruity hop tones create a tantalising nose. This is accompanied by delicate malty notes, which come from the exquisite composition of the brewing malts. The finely packed bitterness and a delicate bubbly carbonation awaken the senses of the palate, which can look forward to a powerfully tart finish.

Available: all year

Sonnenkönig VIII.

The brilliant gold is wrapped in a light opalescent veil. Complex tones of dessert wine interweave with a tinge of hard-sugar brittle and anise, manifesting an exceptionally vibrant tapestry of aroma alongside the portly malt bouquet typical of strong beer. The majestic body has a semi-dry quality and is likewise diffused with a Riesling-like acerbity on the palate. Characteristically, the strength of the alcohol and the sustained resonance present a gentle note of pepper.

Stiegl-Hausbier Christkindl

Dressed in rich copper with red reflections and adorned with a beige foam crown, the ‘Christkindl’ promises festive drinking pleasure. A diversity of flavours tickle the nose, from caramel to fine biscuit, merging with gentle hints of honey. The mild flavour of the organic honey continues to set the tone into the finish, although the composition is surprisingly beery due to delicate hop tones and a fine tartness. The palate is thrilled by a waft of Christmas until the finale.

Available from/to: November – December
