Dans l'entrée, the view passes through a puff of foam into deep red earth and the mystique of a unique cultured cellar. Borrowing from Belgian brewing methods and maturation in oak barrels result in maximum complexity, in which scents of plums, redcurrants, balsamic, chocolate and red wine can be detected. Lively acidity captivates the tongue, soft carbonic acid liberates it with refreshing bubbles. In pursuit of the hops, fruit-sour tones stroll together with the pleasant dryness à la sortie.
