SYMPHONY. The Wildshut ancient grain single malt whisky “No.12” is in purely handcrafted at the Stiegl-Gut Wildshut distilled and allowed for more than 6 years in toasted oak barrels mature the whiskey in encased in glowing amber. Peated malt from old organic barley varieties and one up to 12,000 years old water from our own source ensure independence character. Pronounced vanilla on the nose, forest honey and roasted coconut surrounded by subtle woody notes tones. It reveals itself on the palate a voluminous, malty body followed by toffee and peaty sounds. Elegant, dry finish, accompanied by a gentle hint of smoke.
