Garnet red dresses the glass, foreshadowing the rich aroma of dark fruits with a hint of herbs. The natural cloudiness and the fine fruity nose whet desire for more. The taste, lightened by the refreshing effect of the fermented carbonic acid, is reminiscent of red berries and blue grapes. A mild malty note and the completely natural, finely tuned acidity from the fermented barley malt complete the taste experience.
